Our Story
It is incredible how one small idea can grow into something truly special. Women With A Cause is rooted in the belief that we all have a responsibility to make a meaningful difference in our community. With a variety of active projects and a large volunteer staff, we harness our skills and resources to successfully achieve our goals.

Meet Our Founder
Roberta E. Farr
Roberta Farr is a dynamic entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience in various capacities such as being a Home Healthcare Provider, Adult Daycare Provider, Transportation Provider, Real Estate Investor, and Life Coach. Roberta's Collective
skills include Strategic Business Planning and Execution, Staff & Project Management, and also
Mentorship & Direction. With a huge passion for helping others, Roberta thrives on building relationships and having excellent customer service. Her professionally successful approach with being candid, upfront, relatable, and dependable consistently, is what allows her to possess the ability to have lasting and thriving relationships.
